Like a blue marble spinning across the blacktop a water planet orbits through the starry night.

The star field was created using both a sponging technique as well as individually hand painting some of the stars, while the planet was a layering affect to give it a unique texture.

I spray each painting with a protective gloss to preserve the painting and colors.
